In general, as long as data can get to us via HTTP, MQTT, or the Losant Edge Agent, you are good to go! I have not personally worked with MachineQ, but their website states they use MQTT:
Message Queuing Telemetry Report (MQTT) output profile is used with MachineQ’s MQcentral portal. The output profile will allow LoRa (long range) data packets from devices to be sent to the appropriate topic.
You should be able to connect to Losant since the devices send via MQTT.
