Is there a way to size up the dashboard element titles as the image is sized up or goes full screen? See attached screen shot.

When making a block this big, my suggestion would be to, instead of using the block title, put Air Quality in the Gauge Label. It would look something like this:

Thanks, that’s a good solution. Would be nice to be able to put the label above the gauge but I can live with this.
I’ll put in a feature request with our engineering team and keep you updated with anything I learn about it.
