Turning Debug nodes on/off without having to disconnect them

I would like to have a little button in the side of the debug node that I can toggle like a checkbox that would allow me to rapidly turn debug nodes on/off without having to disconnect them from the flow logic.

If a node was disconnected it would just skip it and move to the next node down the path.
