We’ve got a time-series graph that’s always worked, with a duration of 30 days and a resolution of 24 hours. As of today ( I think), it’s just showing an error message unless the duration is set to 7 days or less. Have there been any recent updates that might have caused this?

Do you know what the error message is? If you load the dashboard with your browser’s “Network” tab open, you should see the failed request and can look at its response details.
Alternatively can you PM us the dashboard ID and we can take a look?
Our error tracking software did pick up some failed requests to our time series database over the weekend and we’re wondering if that’s correlated to what you’re describing here.
Just letting you know we’re still looking into this. We think this may be a bug in our underlying time series database. We’re due for an upgrade and are trying to get that slated for sometime in the next couple days.
That said I still haven’t been able to independently reproduce the issue so if you can provide steps to do so, that would be helpful.
We pushed what we believe is a fix for this issue yesterday evening, though we were never able to reproduce it after the occurrences last weekend. If you see the graph error out again, please let us know.
