Support for LWM2M v1.2 Specification

Hello,
with the release of the latest LWM2M v1.2 specification, I think it is time the Losant team started to look to support this standard in its entirety (not just sub components like CoAP). I’d like to request that it be tabled for a new major feature discussion internally thanks.
