Page data refresh on custom pages

Is there a way to have page data refresh without having to reload the page to trigger the workflow for getting fresh data?

Right now I just use JS to auto-refresh the entire device page every 30 seconds, but it would be nice to just refresh the data (like live streams in dashboards), and not the page.

If it’s possible, that would be cool… could you show me how?
