Trying to use device data from deviceID 5de95b49f0be720006b36ecb for the Feb 11 - March 11 time range, but the fixed time selector won’t let me go back that far. Only to March 15
We are aware of this issue and are actively investigating your problem. We have a feature request ticket established but are looking into workaround to allow you to access your device data past the 90 days. I’ll follow up with additional details when they are available.
@Lars_Andersson - We have deployed a fix for your notebook input issue. You should have the ability to select any absolute date when configuring the inputs. Please let me know if this has resolved your issue.
It has not resolved it. I can only go back to March 16th. Or do I need to log out/in again for changes to take affect ? on my side?
