Fullscreen Dashboard - missing header bar

We’ve had a request for being able to view a dashboard in fullscreen mode, like you can for individual dashboard blocks. I immediately jumped on here an raised a feature request before realising that for most dashboards, this option is available.
I’ve got two dashboards with the same experience layout, same dashboard header options, same duration, resolution and context variables, but the header bar is just missing from one of them. I thought it might be because there was no text in the dashboard Description field, but I’ve added some and it hasn’t made any difference to the experience page.

Any ideas?

Off the top of my head … is there some CSS in the missing-header page that would be hiding those elements? Or perhaps some positioned elements that are displaying overtop the header?

I can investigate further but I’ll need more information -

  • Losant application ID
  • The two pages in question
  • Experience user email and password to sign in and see the difference

Both pages are Dashboard type, and they’re both using the same Layout.
