Failed to load (Network Error)

Anybody else not able to login to the Losant Web Portal?



Hi, we don’t see any metrics on our end indicating any downtime, and a few of us have tried signing in and haven’t had any issues.

Do you have any additional information about what you’re seeing? Screenshots of the interface, a description of the behavior, perhaps some additional information on the requests that are failing (via your “Network” tab in your browser’s diagnostic tools)?

Awesome, thank you for the screenshot! As a next step, could you try logging in with a different browser or in private/incognito mode? The outcome will help us debug a bit further.
