Browser Incompatible

I have an issue where a user is trying to display an experience dashboard on a smart TV. (Samsung device).

They are getting redirected to a page which shows:
“An error occurred. Refresh to try again.”

As I suspect the issue could be browser compatibility I have taken a log from the experience log:

"user-agent": "Mozilla/5.0 (SMART-TV; Linux; Tizen 5.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) SamsungBrowser/2.2 Chrome/63.0.3239.84 TV Safari/537.36",

You can DM me the logs if you’d like, but I’m guessing that this is a web browser that we do not officially support. If it’s a simple fix we may be able to get it working on that Samsung device but I can’t promise that.

Is this user able to view a public dashboard on the device in question?

Same error is appearing on a public link. The user can see the navigation links from our experience Layout configuration, however the dashboard is still returning the ‘An error occurred…’ issue.
