Greetings. Just changed from one old work laptop to a new one - now my Experience Pages on ANY browser (Edge, Chrome, IE) for Context Dashboards keep on an eternal ’ loop’ without actually opening the dashboard. The Render Log shows no error msgs, just a bunch of the rendered ’ looped’ pages. Any ideas why is this? I’m assuming is something/plugin/etc on my side since it wasn’t happening on the old PC…
Hello @Jose_Cruz,
Would you be able to share a screenshot of your browser with the Developer Tools open to the console tab (you can do this in Chrome by pressing CTRL+Shift+I or CMD+OPT+J on Mac)?
Additionally, you can go to this website and share a screenshot of its output (or share the link ).
Having this information will help me get to the bottom of this issue.
Thank you,
Heath
Heath, thank you. For whatever reason the problem ‘disappeared’. It’s all working now (I personally didn’t do anything that I know of…). Although I can’t take a ‘screenshot’ now of the problem, basically I can describe it as when you’re loading an Experience Page and the Losant two ‘squares’ begin ‘dancing’ in front of you as the page is being ‘rendered’, well they kept ‘dancing’ on a loop and would never render the page. That’s the best way I can describe it.
Here’s the link as requested: https://www.whatsmybrowser.org/b/TNTK8
Thanks,
UPDATE: it seems you need to ‘Disable Hardware Acceleration’ in Chrome to fix issues like this and YouTube videos not working on Full Screen Mode. So far so good, thanks.
