I am going thru “Counting Two Workflow Runs” in workflow lab. I am not able to figure out how result is showing "1 " here (first image) and “2” in second image. Any help is appreacited.

Can you export the workflow you’re using and attach it here? There shouldn’t be any sensitive information in it if you are just using it for the Workflow Lab but if there is any, please make sure to remove it before exporting.
Once we have the workflow in hand, we can take a look and get to the bottom of the issue.
