On the bottom of the application overview page, while hovering the pause and refresh buttons, their overlays are triggering a scroll bar on the right side for the whole page.
I’ve tried this out with chrome and firefox and on various window sizes up to the max of 1920x1080 px.
I was able to replicate this and am logging it with our engineering team currently. I will follow up if this is updated in the near future.
