N00b alert: Trying to create a SMS bot, tutorial?

Hi there,

First time poster, long time reader. Having trouble creating a bot for a SMS game (question and then text the correct word to proceed to the next q). I’ve been following this tutorial (which has been really great), but I’m looking for an even greater understanding of the processes involved.

Does anyone know of a tutorial to let me get to grips with losant workflow management? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
