I want to know if when a table row is deleted after 180 days, fire the data table trigger node in a workflow?

Data Table rows are not subject to the data retention policy and therefore will remain in place indefinitely.
The Data Table Trigger can be configured to run when a row is removed, but that removal would need to be initiated by a user or workflow.
