In the Time series Graph, if I select aggregation: “None”, I’m not able to deselect the check box “Connect Line Across Data Gaps”.
What is the reason for that?
In the Time series Graph, if I select aggregation: “None”, I’m not able to deselect the check box “Connect Line Across Data Gaps”.
What is the reason for that?
A “gap” would be when a point is missing from a defined resolution bucket. As in, on a 1-minute resolution, if I have data points for 12:00 and 12:02 but not 12:01 (zero state reports in that window), then there is a gap at 12:01. The checkbox tells the graph whether to visually represent that break in data or to connect a line straight through from 12:00 to 12:02.
When “NONE” aggregation is selected, that means there is no resolution to apply to the graph. Thus, no gap.
