Hi Team,
I have an user whose account was MFA enabled. Somehow user lost his MFA setup and unable to login to his account. I tried looking for the option to disable MFA for the user but cannot find it.
I removed the user from the organization and sent a new invitation. The user now unable to create the account (getting “create account submission failed”). User able to reset the password but cannot login.
