Is there a simple way to duplicate a Node in the workflow editor? (apologies if I have missed something obvious!)
I’ve been looking for the equivalent of a copy-and-paste or a Option-drag feature, but I don’t see it…

On the workflow engine you can use cmd/ctrl+c to copy and cmd/ctrl+v to paste a selected Node. You can also cut a Node with cmd/ctrl+x.
