How do i import a Dashboard, created by another person, into my Sandbox.
Currently, there is a feature request open for this functionality, it looks like it’s slated to be released soon. I’ll follow up with you when this is released.
In the meantime, you do have the ability to clone blocks and select the target dashboard, so blocks could be transferred this way.

A collogue of mine sent me a copy of his dashboard, I would like to import that into my Sandbox.

The best way to share Losant resources is through an Organization. Your collogue would have to invite you ( or you’d be within the same) organization. Then, you’ll be able to properly clone from one account to another. Unfortunately, you won’t be able to clone between two Sandbox accounts.
