When attempting to create a new Experience Group in one of our applications, we get the following error:
ERROR: ExperienceGroup limit exceeded
The same error occurs when trying to create a group in a different application under our account, which suggests the limit is account-wide rather than per-application.
I wasn’t able to find a specific number documented anywhere. A few questions:
- What is the Experience Group limit?
- Can this limit be raised — either by moving to a higher pricing tier or through a support request?
