Experience Group Limit

When attempting to create a new Experience Group in one of our applications, we get the following error:

ERROR: ExperienceGroup limit exceeded

The same error occurs when trying to create a group in a different application under our account, which suggests the limit is account-wide rather than per-application.

I wasn’t able to find a specific number documented anywhere. A few questions:

  1. What is the Experience Group limit?
  2. Can this limit be raised — either by moving to a higher pricing tier or through a support request?

If you are an admin in the organization, you can find your resource limits through the organization overview interface. They are also available in your sandbox overview for sandbox applications.

Most Losant contracts, including your organization’s, allow for increasing limits to that resource and others. I will bump this up for you shortly.
