Accidentally bulk updated all devices

I wanted to remove an attribute from 1 device from a total of 269 devices. The default query filter under bulk update was set to match NONE of the following and I had the ID of the 1 devices filled in. I updated the devices and realized it updated all devices (except the 1) removing an important attribute that stored MQTT reported raw data. Is there a way to get the data back?

Yes, we can restore the data, but we need the following information you …

  • Application ID
  • The IDs of the 3 devices that you originally intended to delete the attribute from (so we can restore all but those 3 in the application)
  • The name of the attribute that was deleted
  • When this operation took place, as detailed as you can provide

You can PM me this information if you’d prefer.
