An extension of the string node or a new, dedicated node for Regex purposes such as:

  • string extraction
  • format validation

We do have a number of conditional block helpers, such as {{#eq p1 p2}} and {{#includes collection value}}), that might accomplish what you’re looking for. If you’re looking for a function that can’t be handled by these helpers, please let us know the specifics, and we will evaluate.
