I would like to know if it is possible to change the platform keep alive timeout?
I’m currently facing issues with the 60 second timeout for Keep Alive, because my device is low power and I can’t keep sending keep alive every 60 seconds to stay connected as it consumes a lot of energy. Currently I’m disconnecting after each publish, and connecting again before each publish, but this ends up making it difficult to receive messages. The ideal is to be able to stay connected and sending the keep alive at longer intervals, is it possible to change the keep alive timeout to 20 minutes (equal to AWS) or more?

Right now it is not possible to change the Losant Platform timeout. The maximum timeout allowed currently is 90 seconds. This is, though, something that can be changed with a private installation.
