Gateway connection status does not come when requesting the deviceId context variable on the Dashboard and Expirence.

I’m setting up a context variable to use the data as tags and attributes for a device. However, the connection status of the Gateway is not reaching the request.

Request result:
It is noticed that it does not contain the connection status of the Gateway, that is, the device information is incomplete. It had to have at least the last connection status.

The Device Connection Log block shows the connection history of the device.

I need to identify when the device is connected to several blocks on the platform dashbaord. And they are basic and extremely important information for the device.

This is intended behavior. The additional information that is included when “Include full device info in context” is selected for a Device ID Context variable is listed in this documentation.

Is a workflow setting this context variable for an experience page?
