I have some names of OPC-UA data tags , that I want to read, stored in a Losant data table.
Since I can’t read those data tables from the Edge device, what is my best option of getting that list in to be used in an edge workflow?
Or do I need to specify each identifier in the OPC-UA Read node?

Your best bet would be to send a Device Command to the edge device. Because you can send data along, that data can be from Data Tables ( or anything really ) to be used in Edge Workflows.
