# Platform Update: Events, Modbus Serial, TensorFlow at Edge

Hello Losant Community 🙂

I’m here to provide you with another platform update.

The big one for this release is [Losant Events](https://docs.losant.com/applications/events/). This release includes new functionality for Events which allows users to associate [Devices with Events](https://docs.losant.com/applications/events/#creating-events), add [tags to Events](https://docs.losant.com/applications/events/#tags), and [update Events from a dashboard](https://docs.losant.com/dashboards/event-list/). This update also includes a new [TensorFlow Edge Workflow Node](https://docs.losant.com/workflows/data/tensorflow-predict/), expansion of existing [Modbus Workflow Nodes](https://docs.losant.com/workflows/data/modbus-read/), and more.
