We have released new Twitter integration to remove the throttling issues we’ve been experiencing. The underlying issue was that everyone was using a single Twitter app (ours) to do the tweeting. Unfortunately Twitter didn’t like this. This also meant anyone in the future could break the Twitter integration for everyone by tweeting maliciously through the platform. Twitter blocks the underlying app instead of the Twitter account performing the tweets. The new integration requires users of the Tweet node to create their own [Twitter app](https://apps.twitter.com/), which is fortunately pretty easy. Losant will then tweet using your app instead of ours. We believe this is ultimately the correct implementation for Twitter integration. We have updated the [documentation](https://docs.losant.com/workflows/outputs/tweet/) with the details of the new integration. ---
