# Losant detects stranded vehicles

Speed of each vehicle is tracked in the workflow, and if stopped, added to a data table.
Timer tracks entries in this table, and if an entry is there too long, a critical “Breakdown”
event is generated which is tracked in the dashboard.
Now the repair truck can be dispatched.
Of course, with MIMIC we can speed everything up so development took an hour, and
demo is less than 3 minutes.
