# Device list sortable columns

I created a device list block and wanted to check which columns are sortable. The only clue I get is from this page: [Device List | Losant Documentation - docs.losant.com/](https://docs.losant.com/dashboards/blocks/device-list/) Which is explain in the notes for some of the predefine columns.

Is there a comprehensive list of which columns are sortable, or is this just based on whether they contain the arrows on the dashboard? Also, is there going to be support for more sortable columns?

I was going to point you to the [Devices: Get API endpoint documentation](https://docs.losant.com/rest-api/devices/#get) for this list, but that endpoint supports “Connection Status” as a sortable column and that is not supported in the block.

The sortable columns are:

- Name
- ID
- Creation Date
- Last Updated

I will file a ticket about making the sortable columns list more clear in our documentation and/or the user interface.
