The CPF template provided prevents viewers from making edits to events, as in the option doesn’t even render on the page. Which is great! I’m here to ask if a similar “edit permissions” functionality can be put into the events dashboard blocks, currently when you click an event on either the list or the icon display both give a pop up window to edit the event. Or possibly the option to allow a redirect rather than opening this pop up? ![image](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex015/uploads/getstructure/original/2X/9/94a971fc418815e6360804354956ffb529532da2.png) ![image](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex015/uploads/getstructure/original/2X/0/0b689048ec4c2a7b9055a06aff70e39c7f23a742.png) ---

Hey @Tanner_Williams! This is kind of how the block already works. Anyone that’s a Viewer role in the organization can only view the event. Collaborator or above can edit the event. ![image](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex015/uploads/getstructure/original/2X/b/b13305debe21966788b78cd021d2ed37f7f94044.png)
